Finally I got DNS.. "[Smile]"

I have only external DNS(out side world) and they have done one entry for me
myweb: 172.16.0.10

Step 1: I tried to ping from public network it says ping from myweb.domain.com 172.16.0.10

which is good sign that my dns is working

Step 2: Went to my web server and defined the web server on 172.16.0.10
Port: 5678

Step 3: Test the server from local network and it is working with port numbers ...good

Step 4: Went to ISA ..create Destination set myweb.domain.com

Step 5: wen to web publising rules : defined use selected rule and pick the destination set

Step 6: redirect to 172.16.0.10 Port :5678

Step 7: Incoming Listner n listen all request on this server

Step 8:Went to public network and give myweb.domain.com it took some time and says error 404 something

What piece I am missing here plus I also want all users from outside world should be able to ping myweb.domain.com

Please help me ASAP
