Am just wondering about this case :

we have VPN server with ISA 2006  installed on it , and we need to

encrypt all the traffic intiated from Remote Access ( VPN Clinets)  , so we

use IPSEC/L2TP with preshared key .

The problem exist when I assign the ipsec policy ( Require ) on the server

and without assigning any type of any policy on the clients : ONCE THE

CLIENTS CHOOSE IPSEC?L2TP AS THE VPN PROTOCOL AND INSERT THE

PRESHARED KEY The CLIENTS IS STILL ABLE TO COMMUICATE AND

AUTHNITICATED AND FINALLY CONNECT .

Any help is appreciated .

BEST REGARDS
