I have about 55 users on running the firewall client.  I'm monitoring ISA 2006 using the performance monitor and most of the time average millisecond/request is around 200-300 milliseconds.... but sometimes it spikes up to 45000 or so.  Is this normal??   System is Dual Core XEON, 4GB RAM, Windows 2003 R2, ISA 2006 standard and GFI web monitor 4.
