now i have this annoying problem ... and its going like this : im have published my WEB server (win2000 server , IIS5 + all the latests hotfixes ) ... and i can access it from the internet ... and browse the site normally to every web page ... but when im want to download a file ... the ISA try to get the file from itself , not from the published IIS server .... this is so annoying .. can some one plz help me with this ????

by the way ... the IIS is on the Internal network LAN .. and the ISA rule is WEB PUBLISHING redirect to the server .... and i dont get what can be wrong , if i can access the IIS normally and do everything on on it EXCEPT downloading files .... aarrgggg ....

i even configured my IIS for directory browsing ... and i can browse the IIS directorys ! but again ... when im trying to download a file ... the ISA trys to get the file from ITSELF

You might be able to create a Web Routing Rule that tells it not to cache a particular directory on the internal Web site.
