Hi,

I would like to write an application filter for reading in the contents of DNS traffics (e.g. either resolving requests or replies), and perhaps generating some traffic by using gethostbyname() function call to the DNS Server. I know there is a DataMonitor example that comes with the SDK, but where should I start to look?

Regards,

Wilson

If you are not familiar with ISA SDK, you should read its documentation 2-3 times (1 time usually is not enough) to understand ISA application filters semantics. ISA SDK samples would be very helpful to see common techniques.
There is no simple way.
