Hi I have an ISA 2006 with 4 Interfaces : 1. External 2. DMZ - IIS servers 3. SQL - SQL 2005 servers 4. LAN - backup, management etc. Right now all my servers are in a workgroup, and users are created manually on all servers, this is not optimal, so I want to use a Domain Controller for authentication and I also want a DFS server, so I can manage my fileservers better. IIS and maybe SQL servers need access to the filesarver -> DFS -> SERVERX Thanks Felix

Hi If I want to use a DFS server on my DC, can I place the fileserver in one of the other segments? Thanks Felix

Hi Yes I read the article, and will try it later, I was just not sure how to handle the DFS server, but if the AD works, so should the DFS. Thanks Felix
