I have the first rule allow access from internal to external, all outbound traffic, for certain users.

These certain users have firewall client and logged on.

I launch ping to external ip and in logging section the rule is matched but the action is denied. Why? Why?

What i'm doing bad?

All protocols i have probed work perfectly.

Thanks everyone in advance.

Check under Firewall Policy's ->Task->System Policy Task->Show System Policy Rules, and make sure you have ICMP Enabled under Allow ICMP. These rules set by default.

Hi Jamie:

I have enabled this option, and configured remoted management computers. Now it works perfectly. I havent't done any change. It seems that something wasn't working well.

Thank at all.

Greetings,

Olaf
