Hi, All

This morning when I checked one computer, i found the firewall client software wasnt installed on it. I simply reintalled it, but i cant see any icon at the right corner of the screen. Previously, i can see an icon displayed once the client software was successfully installed. During the installing procedure, there was not any error appreared. Also, i checked the control panel and couldnt find the icon "Firewall Client"..can you tell me how to get it fixed? tks very much. I need your help urgently...

Check you event log for installation failure

Hi, all

Tks for your quick reply. It is a very very strange thing happened this morning. When I reinstalled FW client to the same machine again, it was successfully installed. Well, I still couldnt find the reason why i didnt do it yesterday. Probably, there is a problem related to the virus.... Anyway, I really appreciate your kind assistance. Tks again. I will keep checking this forum...
