I cannot get to the following site via any PC behind our ISA Server. Outside of it, I can access it with no problem.

I can't either. The site redirects you to this URL: https://64.246.46.59:19638/webhost/services/virtualhosting/siteadmin?ocw_login_domain=noelkerhull.com/

meaning it uses a non-standard HTTPS port. you would most likely have to add that port to your protocol definitions.

looks like you are not using a certificate, or 'good' certificate.

since you use https, you should first install an valid certificate,
I don't see any cert.

Hi Tanvir,

if you want HTTPS access to an unstandard port number, check out http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;283284 . Grab the script 'SSL_TPR_add.vbs' from http://www.isatools.org/ , change the port range and run it on the ISA server.
