Wierd - Single Host Works / Network Range Doesnt

Status: offline 		I've installed ISA 2004 Standard edition, and configured it as Edge Firewall. When I allow an IP address in COMPUTERS (Network Entity) in an access policy, it works perfectly well, but whenever I try to permit a address range in NETWORKS (Network entity), it doesnt work at all. On checking logs, it has been observed that the particular rule that is blocking the traffic from a network, is not specified. Does anybody have any idea??
