Win 2003 SP1 and ISA Server SP1

Since we installed the Win 2003 SP1 we have some problems with ISA server.

We where able to connect from outside with the VPN and from inside with Terminal Server.
Now, we can reach the server with the VPN but can't connect and we can't connect from inside through Terminal server.

Where do we need to configure the access ?

Isa or an other tool (like the SP1 wizard)
