Has anyone tried to publish a WinCVS NT server behind ISA. I can't get this one to show up on the outside. Always get connection refused.

I've done it. Your problem is most likely ISA, but it could be CVS authentication related.

Here's my config:

CVS is running pserver mode, standard port 2401. I've created a 'passwd' file in CVSROOT and users use that password for CVS authentication. The CVS 'config' file has "LockDir" defined and "SystemAuth" is commented out.

ISA has a "CVS Server" protocol definition of TCP port 2401 inbound. I then published the server using the internal IP of the CVS server '192.168.1.x', and the external IP of the ISA server, using the "CVS Server" protocol definition. Then I also created a Packet Filter "CVS Filter" with TCP, both directions, local port 2401, remote any port.
