Guys,

I have a setup with Win2003 and Ex2003 in the internal LAN and a internal DNS forwarder to the external DNS. In the gateway I have Win2003 with ISA with FP1,SP1 and all fixes.

Mail flow is perfect thanks to ISAServer.org. I need Exchange OWA to publish to outside world. Internally OWA works fine.

But externally it doesn't. Is there any issue? Has any body tested this? Any doc's to refer ?

Thanks
Meeya

Hi meeya,

This works great. To enable us help you further, please give some details of the exact problem.

I currently have this type of configuration in a B2B environment without any problem.

Thanks.

Sam

hi sam,

I have created a destination set with all the folders (/exchange/* etc;) and the extra two which is in E2K3(/oma/*,active syc.../*).

Web publishing with this set is also ok, redirecting to the internal server from port 80 as in the tutorials in ISAServer.org
Server publishing internal to external is perfect. Exchange RPC, SMTP, rules used. For the OWA mapped port was HTTPS which is a problem for me as I don't use a secure channal. Is it a must to use a SSL in this system ?

And do you need a routing rule ?

hmmm lot to learn. Hope you'll understand the setup.

regards,
Meeya

I have Exchange 2003 OMA & OWA published no problem!

I just modified the Destination set created by ISA Feature Pack 1 [Smile]

Try using FP1 for ISA to publsih OWA and see if it improves the results.

on the Exchange Server have you ensure the virtual directories are available?

The exchange service still start after the IIS services. To fix that goto to regedt32 and make the MSExchangeIS service a dependency of the W2SVC

full path is HKLM\SYSTEM\CURRENT-CONTROL_SET\SERVICES|W3SVC

ther multi sting value is DependOnService and IISADMIN will be listed Simply add the MSExchnageIS and reboot.

The Virtual Directories will be available.

hey greg,

Thanks for the post. But I have done that also. I re-adjusted by adding OMA after I created using OWA wizard.

If you can can you just send me some snap shots of Destination set, server and web publishing please. Coz I am stuck with no results.

Thanks,

Meeya (ruwand@cntconnect.com)
