Does anyone know how to make a IIS 6 Windows 2003 FTP service to listen on one IP only? I found the way to do it for HTTP, but not for FTP in IIS 6.

PS: For those of you who still remember me - I wasn't on this message board for over a year. Got a new baby to take care of. Now that things got quieter (yeah, right... "[Wink]"

) I hope to show up more often.

Recently there was a thread "Publish FTP (IIS6) on Same Machine as ISA" on the ISALIST.

I figured out how to disable the Socket Pooling of FTP on IIS6 !
Just using the Metabase Explorer (from IIS6 Resource Kit)
On the path /LM/MSFTPSVC/1
Create a new "DWORD" value "1029" it will automatically populate the
text "DisableSocketPooling" value "1".
And now shows only binding to the IP that should be.
