I need help on network load balancing in Windows 2003. I have 3 adsl lines whereby I need to group it up in order to boost up its bandwidth. My plan is like this. I setup 3 windows 2003 server to be connected to all these 3 adsl lines individually through ethernet. From here, I added on 1 extra nic on each server to be connected to the internal lan. I clustered up all these 3 servers under 1 cluster node.
From here, my ISA server external nic will point its gateway to this cluster node ip.
The problem I am facing now is that after I created the cluster node, I was unable to ping each other from the 3 servers, and even from my isa server, I can't even ping my cluster node ip. Without all these cluster thing, I am able to ping each other without any problem. Please advise.
Things I had done: 1. Create the cluster node through the Windows 2003 available GUI interface, Network Load Balancing.
2. Enable internet connection sharing on all the nic connected to the adsl modem. In this case, the system automatically change my LAN ip to 192.168.0.1. However, due to I had 3 servers, I change the ip to 192.168.0.2, 192.168.0.3 & 192.168.0.4. My cluster node ip is 192.168.0.1. All these are with subnet 255.255.255.224.
Please advise.
