Question:

I am preparing to install ISA Server 2004 on a Windows 2003 Server. In reading the ISA Server 2004 book, it provides a detailed set of installation instructions with emphasis on ensuring that the correct routes are bound to the network interfaces.

I will be installing ISA Server 2004 on a dual homed box. I will have the internal interface running on a single 192.168.1.xxx segment. The external interface (NIC) will be communicating directly with an ISP router. Therefore, my ISA Server will serve as a perimiter firewall with not other routers within the internal network.

In performing a route print command at the command line interface, what should I be looking for exactly to ensure that the ISA Firewall installs correctly?

I want to ensure a rapid and correct ISA installation as to minimize end-user disruption. Any help would be appreciated and yes, I already have the book and have been enjoying the reading and volumes of information provided.
