Winmobile use the proxy from the Internet

My setup is very simple and much like this
Internet<--->ISA2006<--->LAN

All my users now get a Windows mobile smartphone(HTC S710) and it has access to the Internet.

So the question is now how can i setup the ISA server so the mobile clients is only having access via the company proxy server so it can be scanned for virus and content check ??
