Wont route to Internal Websites

Status: offline 		I inherited this network and our ISA server, so its learn on the fly.  Our primary network has a 10.39 IP range and corporate has an internal website using 10.44 IP range.  Web requests to this site (10.44) try to go via the internet vice back to the internal website.  Its a production environment so I am concerned about experimenting.

Any suggestions
