Trying to import the baseline OWA HTTP Policy as per: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/isa/2004/plan/httpfiltering.mspx

I copied the script into a new document "OWABaselineHTTP.xml" and saved it into the directory D:\ISA Scripts along with HTTPFilterConfig.vbs. Then I opened a command shell and entered the folling:

(In the D:\ISA Scripts directory):

HTTPFilterConfig.vbs import PUBLISH OWA Site OWABaselineHTTP.xml

Nothing seems to have happened and I checked the HTTP filter on this rule and nothing seems to have changed. Am I doing something wrong here ? I tried it from another directory on the C: drive (copied the files and all) with the same result.

The procedure does work. I have it doc'd step by step in the book.

The reference I had doesn't tell you about the quotes! Anyway I tried it I got an error:

Source: Null

The event log revealed the following:
EventID: 21177
Source: Microsoft ISA Server Web Proxy
Description: The Web Filter (HTTP Filter) failed to reload the configuration.

Am I correct in assuming that this filter applies to HTTPS as this is the only traffic I have in my OWA publishing rule ?

More information from the ISA Alerts:
The Web Filter [HTTP Filter] failed to reload the configuration. The failure is due to error: 0x80070490
