I have setup a XP machine to be accessed by Remote Desktop Connection through an ISA server. It works great. Now I'm trying to setup another XP connection with a different port. I have changed the listening port on the 2nd xp machine to 3388 (3389 is the default). I've setup a Different protocol definition and server publishing rule for using the 3388 port. Well, it doesn't want to work for some reason. I can connect to the XP machine on the LAN using port 3388 but it won't go through the ISA server. Anyone done this before? any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I got it to work I guess. I tried it from a remote site and it works. It pays to know when and when not to restart the firewall services. Does anyone agree with that? I did restart the services before, but it still didn't work. Well it works the way I want it to so that's what matters.
