Yahoo Mail Error - 15.Jun.2008 7:46:22 AM

I have this problem when I try to open Yahoo Mail from my computer I get error on page .... but on some computer's it's open normal .... all that PC's & my PC we are using same proxy & same ISA server 2006... so can any one help me ... thanks

Make sure your computer is configured as a Web Proxy client, and then configure IE to use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections.

What method did you use to configure the clients as Web Proxy clients?

Hi,

I experienced this on 3 separate occasions.

1st : I have lots of deny rule above my HTTP/HTTPS allow rule.
Solution : Created Allow Rule for *.yahoo.com above all the deny rules.

2nd : Cache Drive/File is corrupt.
Solution : Disabled Cached drive and deleted Cache File and then Set Cache Drive.

3rd : Back to Back Firewall with Web Cache Enable on both Front and Back Firewall.
Solution : Disable Front Firewall WebCaching. Only enable caching on the back end server.

Hope one of the situation will help you.
