Does anyone know how to configure Yahoo Messenger to work through ISA?

.. you just need to create the protocol definition for yahoo messenger, it uses TCP port 5050.

But if still not work? any other ports?

Fixed this. As it happens if you configure IE to use HTTP 1.1 through proxies, Yahoo Messanger uses the same setting and does not need port 5050 to be opened.
