I have applied Firewall access policies for different group As per the snap shot attached with this message. My problem is that i have got full access for the outbound traffic, but i am not able to login on yahoo messanger. when i removed the above two policies everything working fine.Please look into snap shot .

The snapshot doesn't appear in the message.

Try configuring Yahoo for Direct Access.
