Hi all,

please I¦am having this problem logged in Event Viewer. The external NIC lost the IP ADDRESS that was configured by ADSL Modem.

Do you have any idea ? "[Eek!]"

Hi Tom,

actually I disabled IP PACKET FILTER, the internet connection fall every 1 hour, I scheduled a .BAT to do the following at each 21 minutes:

net stop "Microsoft Scheduled Cache Content Download"
net stop "Microsoft Web Proxy"
net stop "Microsoft Firewall"
net stop "Routing and Remote Access"
net stop "Microsoft ISA Server Control"
ipconfig /renew
net start "Routing and Remote Access"
net start "Microsoft Firewall"
net start "Microsoft Web Proxy"
net start "Microsoft Scheduled Cache Content Download"

But Internet it¦s still falling. I already installed W2K SP3 a ISA Featured pack 1

these are the errors in Event Viewer:

A Guess?

If external adapter is being assigned IP by ADSL modem, is DHCP running on the ISA server? If so make sure it's not bound to the external adapter otherwise 2 DHCP servers trying to compete on same network segment.
