Have a problem accessing the web via ISA 2004 with laptops utilising ZoneAlarm Pro, they cannot access it unless they turn off Cookie Control & Ad Blocking. ISA is set to deny any un-authenticated access.

I appreciate that this is more than likely a ZoneAlarm problem but their support is pitiful and nothing comes up on their forums.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

My experience is the same as yours. We have had to turn off those controls in ZoneAlarm to allow users to use the web. It is not an ISA 2004 problem

Just thought I'd share the official response from ZoneAlarm with you:

Privacy settings will not work correctly with the way proxy servers work.
