I am a newbie to ISA so forgive my ignorance. I am learning by trial and error with ISA 2006. My question is, is there way to to set up a web listener to use another port other than 443 and still allow 443 to work? I have used script isa_tpr.js to add my new port number, then i created a protocol set for the same port, created and allowed an access rule for said port, created my web listener and checked enable ssl and changed port number to the port I wanted but I still cannot get this to work.

can someone please point me to an article to help me out with this?

Although this is an old article specialized for ISA 2000, I beleive it's the info you are looking for.
To quickly answer your question you can use Port 4444
