I have very tough problem occures suddenly . which is like below :
 
I have L2TP/IPSEC Connections where all of my users are successfully authniticated .
 
The problem exist when the user connect successffully he can not access anything from example RDP any server even of :

1. The Access rule is configured correctlly .
2. The Routing Table are conigured correctlly .

Note : only from the ISA server i can Access anything , RDP any server .
 
and I looked in the looging tab that ISA server Pass the request successfully through the right RULE .

I would take a NetMon trace on the ISA Internal interface to find out what's happening on the wire.
