atl.dll deleted by FWC

Status: offline 		Does the FWC normally delete the atl.dll file? Had I known that it would I would have copied it someplace for just in case. Nothing for network settings , local GP, sharing, securities, etc will be accessible when this is deleted. Wouldn't it be better to just change the ACL to admin only? I installed FWC on a non member testing some settings on isa to see affects, so maybe thats my mistake.
