ihad created a rule for blocking connections going to a certain site (eg. youtube, firendster etc.) but still they can access the bloced sites by using proxy web sites like (http://www.proxy80.info/, http://www.bypassfiltering.com/)....

can someone guide me on how to solve this.!

help isreally appreciatted.

import these into your ISA server and create a deny rule for it :

3rd Party Proxy Sites ( 7KB / 662 Domains & URL's)
