going from my last question, now in the proxyoveride value in the registry it has <local>. I was wondering if that points to the msplat.txt file in the client directory. We have specified local addresses in that file. Does the client read the msplat.txt file and bypass those addresses or do we still need to specify those addresses in the firewall node in the ISA console.

thanks again

Hi J,

Enter IP addresses for the LAT at the ISA Management console. If you have some machines you want to have additional or special entries, create a locallat.txt file. Instructions for that is in the help file.
