We have isaserver 2004 in our Network.We dont want to cache some web sites.�s there any way to do this?

Yes... You can create a url set then go into your cache rules and add the set as EXCLUDE in your primary cache rule. When you have done this successfully you should see a little black slash through your url set.

Things I have found good to exclude in my environment:

*.mail.*
mail.*
login.*
logon.*
signup.*
