can not access pop3 mail while FC is enabled

Status: offline 		Hi,
I can not access pop3 mail configured on Ms outlook
when FC is enabled but i can access it from outlook
express!!! same settings are configured on both
aps, but Ms outlook is not working proberly, keeps
poping this msg wn i try to retrieve mails
"can not find pop.my domain, error 0x80040900"
My MX record was transfered from an ISP to another
one, no rules were changed on ISA 2k4 all need
packets are allowed to pass through ISA 2k4!!!
plz if any one can help me trace down the prob
ill be thankful
