Hello

how can I close all ports on a specified rule at ISA 2006 except port 80

Select the dropdown option "only specified protocols" and then choose http as the protocol.

thanks for your attaention
I had configured it like that but it does NOT work because when I tried to access the server (which I applied the rule on it) remotely by remote desktop , I could access it ???????

any help please

Turn on the real time logging from the monitoring section. When you RDP, which rule does the log say is allowing the connection?

Remember that your HTTP rule is only applying to HTTP traffic. For RDP it will just keep looking until it finds a rule to match. The bottom rule by default blocks all traffic. So probably you have some rule above that one which is allowing it.
