connectivity problem through cisco vpn client

Dear fellows
i join new company and here they use isa 2000 as proxy server
and for vpn connectivity they use cisco vpn client
when they use live ip or secure net they connect vpn server through cisco vpn client
success fully but when they try to connect through cisco vpn client using isa firwall client they cannot connect to vpn server.
kindly help me what kind of thing i check in isa server
plz reply me as soon as possible

errr.. got no idea wht live ip ir secure net is... or what specifics/protocols etc the cisco VPN client uses.
Perhaps this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/812076 may be of assistance titled "How to enable a Cisco IPSec VPN client to connect to a Cisco VPN concentrator through ISA Server 2000"
