When using ISA in secure Nat mode how is it possible to deny a user
not mechine from accessing an IP adrees.I do not know when SEcurenat doesnot
suports to show username how is it possible to make a rule
for user rather than mechine?

S-NAT clients cannot authenticate. Remove "All Users" to disable S-NAT and use WP or FWC to authenticate.

On the Internal network properties dialog, there is a tab where WP is enabled. After that, you need to either enable WPAD or manually define WP in the browser.
