by default, eMule uses TCP port 4662 and UDP port 4672. So your setup should look like this:
New Server Publishing Rule Traffic: TCP Port 4662 Inbound UDP port 4672 Receive From: External To: IP of pc running eMule

I created new protocol;
Name: eMule Port #: 4672 Protocol Type: UDP Direction: Send Port #: 4662 Protocol Type: TCP Direction: Outbound
Secondary connections: 4672, UDP, Receive Send 4662, TCP, Inbound 4671, TCP, Inbound
Everything works now.
FROM "EXTERNAL" to "LOCAL HOST"

New server publishing rule for the port the web-interface runs on. Default is 4711. From "External" to the pc serving the application.

My serveris the one that has the application, so should I point to it? In that case it has two IPs - external and intarnal. External changes every now and then because of DHCP. So what should I do?
