had this issue also with GFI Web Monitor 4. I ended up uninstalling it. I believe GFI didnt have the required time to seriously test the product before putting it to public. In the Manually its written that supported platforms: Windows 2000 / Windows 2003, and when i tried installing it on a windows 2000 server ( our isa server is installed on it ) , i could not install it and had errors, reported this to GFI and lately they published a KB article that GFI Can not be installed on a Win 2000

I am getting these exact smae errors without any of the GFI stuff being installed... Not sure if that pushes the conversation in another direction on not, but I may be inlisting the help of MS if I don't get it resolved soon.

I didn't find a solution yet but if it's not GFI related maybe someone from Microsoft (Thomas, you might help here) can take a look
