How can I block all gecko based browsers?
which filter i have to use?

It should be possible with a signature on the appropriate access rule. Right click the rule, select configure HTTP and add a signature that triggers with "gecko" in the User-Agent HTTP request header. But since I never tested blocking on HTTP signature, I'm not entirely sure if this will work this way.
