Are you sure this is something you want to do? I would only recommend using this as a quick test to get something working but you should never leave an 'allow all' rule running. Just create a new rule specifying all ips, all protocols, all networks, and to allow all traffic. It's that simple... What version of ISA are you using? Maybe we can help you further if you give us some more information. Thanks! -Paul

ORIGINAL: tibob I need to know how to create an allow all rule to disable the default rule thanks Creating a rule like this makes the ISA server useless. Why do you want to do that? Are you within problem with knowing what kind of traffic you need to open up for?

Hi, From the left side pane, right click on the Firewall Policy node, then click on New > Access Rule Then give the rule a name, for example allow internet click next, select the action as Allow > click next then either select the protocols you want , by clicking on the add button and then choosing the protocols, or simple change selected protocols to All Outbound Protocols and click Next Select the Internal Network as the Source network, click next select the External Network as the Destination Network , click Next Keep the default user group ALL Users, click Next then click Finish , and then click on Apply.
