I tried setting up ISA 2000 server from my existing network exposing my DMZ (DNS and Exchange) directly from the External network and my ISA servers as my proxy serverconnected to my Internal network. It work perfectly as proxy server. My problem is i cannot access my exchange server from my internal network. I configured my DMZ servers with private IP and added the public IP. also, from my internal network i cannot ping my DMZ servers using their private and public IP. I hope somebody can help me on how to resolve this problem

so you've placed your DNS and excahnge serers onteh 'exernal' network, completely exposing them with no firewall protection??? Arrghh ugh!
You'd be better off putting htem on the internal network/subnet and then PUBLISHNG them as required so appropriate ports etc are visible to the internet/outside world.

No!!!!!! simply having a private Ip address on a machine sitting in the 'outside'/internet facing network will not make it in a DMZ, particualr y if it also has real-world (internet) IP addresses!
