How can I block users via IP Addrss ?
in isa 2000, I create client address set in policy elements, and then create a deny rule in protocol rules to block them via ip.

But howto do this in isa 2004

Hi John,

is this an outbound issue? If so, you can define the From (source) in your access rule with one or more network objects which can include Network, Network Sets, Computers, Computer Sets, Address Ranges and Subnets. For more info, check out the ISA help file.
