http proxy server problem

Status: offline 		hi all
in my network using proxy server and its port (192.168.1.1 8080) is a force
for clients if they want to use internet
how can i disable this option in isa server 2006 ?
i Mean clients use internet without using proxy

Windows 2003 Server
Isa server 2006
DHCP Works Correctly
)
