ISA 2004 SP2 SE on WS2003 SP1, Win XP SP2 clients with ISA 2004 SP1 FWC.

A bank web site offers check images to customers from an SSL web site. But user can't see the check image; it just opens a blank page in the browser when she clicks the link.

In the ISA logs, I see "Failed" connections to the URL, which I assume are the reason for the blank page. Most have an HTTP Status Code of 64, a few have a 995 or 5 HTTP Status Code, and none have an Error Code.

I've set the URLs that are involved up for Direct Access and have allowed anonymous connections to the domain names.

Other HTTP & HTTPS traffic from this computer for this user works fine.

Well, never mind. This had nothing to do with ISA...user had to have an ActiveX TIFF viewer installed in IE.
