i have a site published through isa 2004
www.mydomain.com

this site has many sub sites under it

www.mydomain.com/abc

www.mydomain.com/def

www.mydomain.com/def/zzz

www.mydomain.com/def/yyy

.
.
.
.
.
.

etc

i need to redirect http connection to https

so for example if an internet user enter http://www.mydomain.com/def/yyy in his/her browser it should be redirected to https://www.mydomain.com/def/yyy

i know that this can be done through asp file

but i need this to apply to all other pages (there are hundreds of them) and i don't want to create asp file for each site

any ideas ?

I think at Isatools.org there are instructions for how to add javascript to the isa error page to do a redirect.  But I'm not sure about whether that can do what you want with paths.  Something to check into though.

Yes i read about those scripts
but unfortunately its only good for a single url and this is too difficult for hundred urls under your web site

as for Webdirect
it looks good but its a third party tool and this may compromise security

any way if we knew how webdirect work we could come with a code that can be implemented in ISA or IIS

Wow that's pretty hard core, "trust no one" eh?  You could download the ISA SDK and make your own web filter. :)

WebDirect works by sending a 302 response to the browser containing the new destination.
