well here is the problem guys
client -> isa 2004 -> web washer -> internet
basic picture
the client have the isa 2004 as the web proxy
the isa 2004 has the web washer as its next hop proxy
web washer has direct access to the internet (80,443,21)
anyway this is what happens
i make a request a web address from the client,it starts then pauses and continues after 30 secs and loads page(nothing on line it is genrally very fast)
but have done some trouble shooting
ok here what happens
client makes request
the isa does the dns look up and starts to get the info then pauses

but looking at tcp dump the client requests from the isa2004, and starts transfering a little data,
it then decides to try to get all it data from the webwasher,
trys this (has no direct access to this box only by chaining though isa) for about 20 secs then swops back to the original isa
it then transfers it nice and quick
it does this every time

so it looks like the client is getting a redirect from either the isa or the webwasher to use it as its primary web proxy
any one any ideas
