Pls help me I want to  record all the messenger activity of my users. Is it possible through isa or any third party software is required. Pls help me I urgently need it.

Pls help me I am using ISA server 2006 and i am facing a problem in Log file i want to see log of viste sites as this
http://www.msn.com
but i see it just like this
http://67.125.126.25/.......
Please Help me i m in big truble its quite difficult for me to trace sites.
