I'm experiencing some problems with ISA 2006 Standard server. After a while of operation the following message appears in the system log: "The size of the free non-paged pool fell below the system-defined minimum. ISA Server will reject new connections unless they are initiated by the ISA Server computer. In addition, the timeout for idle TCP connections was reduced. This alert may indicate an attack on the ISA Server computer. Use the log viewer to examine ISA Server traffic. This event may also be raised when the ISA Server computer does not have the resources needed to handle legitimate traffic. If this is the case, you may need to add more memory to the system." Event ID 21280.
My Server Spec : Asus TS-300E5 with 4Gb Ram, 1 x 2.53Ghz Core2Duo, 2x 160Gb HD RAID0 (striped).
After a while of operation, ISA firewall reject all new connection except old connection. When i checked my resource in task manager, i found that when Total Kernel Memory number near 150 000K and nonpaged number near 130 000 K, it causes that problem.
Dear Jason I've removed this and it work well several days but now, cause this error again. what should i do next ? do i need to increase my physical memory (now 4G) ? i've some cache rules that cache dynamic contents
