Hi all. This is probably a simple problem- but I am working on my first installation of ISA (in small business server). Setting up client workstation (XP)- I run the firewall client setup and it fails with the message "cannot find file C:\PROGRA~1\Microsoft Firewall Client\internal_setup\setup_a.exe (or one of its components). Check to insure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available"

There are two parts to the setup. Setup.exe runs installshield and registers components. The second part, Setup_A.exe actually installs the client. The process fails on the second part.

Looking at Setup_A.lst- there is a command line for acmesetup: acmsetup /T setup.stf /S %s%s
I do not find setup.stf anywhere-is this the culprit?

I have tried several different ways of running the setup (from the files copied to the workstation and from the server) always the same problem.

Any ideas?

Just a recommendation as I also have come across this problem once before. Ensure that you have the latest ISA SP1 installed. This resolved my Firewall client installation. Check to the Bwserver.dll version. Version should be 3.0.1200.166 to ensure that the lastest SP has been applied.
