qwerty -> HTML error on opening startpage or favorites (19.Mar.2004 3:49:00 PM)

We got a new server Windows 2000 with ISA server.
we can brows the internet.
but if a user opens IE 6 with a startpage he or she got the next HTTP error:

403 Forbidden - The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202)

if he or she does a refrech, the page is dispayed.

the same happens with favorites...

what is wrong?
the clients are XP pro workstations with IE 6 (including patches).

Hi qwerty,

what type of clients are you using ? FW, SNAT or Web Proxy ?

Let us know........

thanx Groofster,

We do NOT use any extra client software, only the Internet Explorer proxy settings (server port 8080)
if we type a URL we CAN browse the Internet...

but the startpage and Favorites are a problem.

Qwerty,

have you set any Site&Content rules ? And have you tried disabling ALL local cache on a client ? (just to test)

Getting curious..... [Confused]
