I understand the idea behind the QOS scheduler and bandwidth priorities, but is there any 3rd party addon that could truely limit bandwidth? I'm publishing several peoples' sites, and I want to give them each 100 kbps max, with a total transfer of 40 gb a month. If nothing is allready out there, where might one go to start building his own bandwidth manager? "[Cool]"

Sorry you cannot limit bandwith in kb's. although you can use banwith rules to give high or low priority to specific users.
